On the day of his mother’s funeral, a thirty-year-old lyricist composes a letter to his estranged father while grappling with an unnerving question: is he doomed to repeat the mistakes of his parents? Written by Will Bishop and performed by Colm Gleeson at The Hen & Chickens Theatre, this play debuted as part of This Be The Verse - a trio of short plays in March 2022, alongside Canary by Colm Gleeson and Just Be Good by Billie Collins.
